This project, like so many of our other retrofits, will offer extended water savings while reducing wasteful overspray. Too often new systems are not installed to manufacturer specifications and poor coverage is the result.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

  • Existing irrigation and landscape were ready for an overhaul.

  • A new driveway complete with trees was set to go in and the homeowner was concerned about increased water bills.

CHALLENGE

  • New landscapes can raise water usage creating inevitably higher water bills.

SOLUTION

  • Installing drip opposed to conventional overhead irrigation will keep water closer to the plants root base, maximizing usage.

RESULT

  • Thriving landscape with no runoff, remote management with smart controller and locking fittings will allow durability in high traffic areas.
