PROJECT DESCRIPTION

  • When a new house is built, Proper must work with the general contractors, homeowners and landscape teams to make sure laterals are not installed where plants are meant to go.

  • A hurricane during this installation led to substantial erosion and project delays.

  • Two sets of manifolded valves will make any future valve maintenance much easier.

  • Triangular head spacing was used to provide ample coverage in shorter amounts of time.

CHALLENGE

  • Sandy soils and consistent storms prolonged what should have been an easy install.

SOLUTION

  • Working weekends and long days the Proper team was able to get everything installed with solid distribution rates right in time for turf installation.

RESULT

  • Thriving Bahia and St Augustine turf in the customers front and backyard. Precision heads spacing reduced irrigation water from running into Gulf.
